Other golems emit flames from a basket on their heads, which can chase the player over a short distance. It is important to have protective items such as Scadutree Fragments that increase survival chances during attacks.

When players approach the golems, the combat becomes more direct. The golems attempt to crush players with their powerful blows, each creating a wave of fire on the ground. They can also leap and cause an explosion that is impossible to avoid. Additionally, they might try to grab the player and throw them into the basket on their head, resulting in instant death.

How to Defeat the Furnace Golems and Claim Your Reward

The optimal way to engage golems is through ranged attacks in open areas where escape maneuvers are possible. Golems guarding key locations are often alone, allowing for distraction tactics using Summoned Spirits. This enables players to draw the golem's attention and secure a few minutes for attack.

One of the most effective ways to fight golems is by attacking from behind, especially when using the mobility of the Torrent mount. When approaching a golem, players should circle around it, avoiding its attacks and waiting for an opportunity to strike. A key tactic is to attack the golem’s legs to reduce its mobility and force it to fall, allowing focus on its more vulnerable parts.

In cases where the golem has additional protection on its legs, it is recommended to use higher positions to throw damaging items from above, such as Fire or Furnace Pots. This causes significant damage, especially when used in combination with maneuverability and dodging.
